The M Zone was founded in 2014 with a mission to help brands and IP owners uncover incremental revenue streams through licensing, brand extensions, marketing partnerships and new distribution angles.

Our team has extensive experience working for very large companies and brands, but we have also worked with impressive brands that operate with a light internal infrastructure.   Consistent across all our clients is that they are wholesome brands with an evergreen nature.

Melissa Segal and Jeff Fradin, Co-Presidents have extensive experience in the consumer products industry.  Both Melissa and Jeff held executive roles at Disney Consumer Products for a combined 20+ years.  Melissa was VP of Global Toys and Jeff was VP of Global Hardlines.  Other career highlights include Melissa’s role as Executive Vice President at The Jim Henson Company for five years and Jeff as President of Zak Designs for three years.   Melissa Segal has her BA from UCLA and MBA from Columbia Business School and Jeff Fradin has his BA from Cal State Northridge and MBA from Pepperdine.
